Live on Solana · paired with NVDAx

Hold the dog.
Get the stock.

NVDA Doge trades against NVDAx — tokenized NVIDIA stock, on Solana. Trading fees pool up and are paid out to holders as NVDAx. No staking. No claiming. A dog with a payout policy.

The lore

We didn’t name it.
The form did.

Open the token creation form on stonk.fun and look at the empty fields. Before you type anything, there it is. Name: NVDA Doge. Ticker: NVDGE. The example token. The suggestion.

Someone needed placeholder text nobody would think twice about, and reached for the two most gambled-on assets of a generation: NVIDIA and the dog. Mash them together and you get a coin that every single creator on the platform reads before naming their own.

So we took the suggestion literally. NVDGE launched as one of the first pairs on stonk.fun — as old as the platform itself. Every token launched there since has started with a small, involuntary NVDGE ad. We don’t pay for it.

(They could change the placeholder, we suppose. They haven’t.)

How it works

The mechanism

This is the serious part. It still features a dog.

01

Priced in the stock

NVDGE trades in a pool quoted in NVDAx — tokenized NVIDIA stock, on-chain. Buying the dog means pricing it against the stock. That’s the pair: NVDGE / NVDAx.

02

Fees fill a pot

Every trade pays the pool’s 4% fee, and 85% of that accumulates in a rewards pot. Not a treasury wallet with a multisig and a story. A pot.

03

The pot pays holders

When the pot is worth paying out, it splits across all holders, pro-rata — paid in NVDAx. Nothing to stake, nothing to claim. Tokenized NVIDIA stock simply lands in your wallet.

04

More trades, more pot

More trading means more fees; more fees mean more NVDAx to holders. You hold a dog. The dog accumulates NVIDIA.

1B fixed supply, forever
85% of the 4% pool fee goes to the holder pot
0 actions required to receive rewards
NVDAx the asset rewards are paid in

Reward mechanics are executed by stonk.fun’s contracts — see their rewards page for the fine print.

How to buy

Three steps.
Then you stop.

01

Get a wallet

Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack. Fund it with some SOL from any exchange.

02

Find the dog

Open NVDGE on stonk.fun and connect your wallet. Check the contract address below — the real dog has exactly one.

03

Swap and hold

Buy NVDGE. You’re done. Rewards arrive as NVDAx on their own — holding is the entire strategy.

FAQ

Fair questions

Is this affiliated with NVIDIA?

No. NVIDIA makes the chips; the dog holds the stock. These are different jobs. (Not affiliated with Dogecoin either. The dog is freelance.)

What exactly is NVDAx?

A tokenized NVIDIA share (an xStock): a token on Solana, issued by a third party, that tracks the price of NVDA. It’s the quote asset NVDGE trades against — and the asset holder rewards are paid in.

Do I need to stake or claim anything?

No. Fees collect in the pot; when it’s worth paying out, it’s split pro-rata across holders automatically. If NVDGE is sitting in your wallet, you are already doing everything required of you.

Where did the name come from?

It’s the placeholder example in stonk.fun’s token creation form. Everyone who launches a coin there reads “NVDA Doge / NVDGE” before typing their own idea. We just took the suggestion literally.

Can the liquidity be pulled?

No. Liquidity is permanently locked at launch — that’s how stonk.fun works. The dog cannot rug you; the dog cannot even reach the lever.

What if NVDA stock goes down?

Then the rewards are worth less that week, like everything else. The dog does not check the chart.

Is this financial advice?

No. This is a website about a dog that gets paid in stock. Memecoins are volatile and can go to zero — trade only what you can afford to lose.
